Abstract:

The study was tested with five different dietary standard cultivation and micro-colony methods, including normal pollen, 2 units of pollen + 1 units of soya milk, 2 units of pollen + 1 units of milk, 1 units of pollen + 1 units of soya milk and 1 units of pollen + 1 units of milk milk, in order to determine the usefulness of pollen containing soya milk and milk powder. The results showed that the addition of pollen soya milk and milk powder has a negative impact on the success of the main bees in the creation of colonies and the development of colonies. The standard cultivation method has found significant differences between groups in terms of ovulation and death rates in the first month. In the groups feeding with milk powder added, a high rate of main bee deaths occurred, and the increase in the rate of milk powder has led to the increase in the rate of deaths of main bee. According to the results obtained from micro colonies, normal pollen, which is more beneficial than the diets containing soya milk and milk powder, has been determined to be the most suitable nutrient for B. terrestris bees.
