Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, bir örgüt olarak okulda öğretmenler arasında yaşanan çatışmaların nedenlerini ve okul müdürlerinin çatışmların sonuçlarına ilişkin görüşlerini incelemektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden fenomenolojik model kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Diyarbakır il merkezinde görev yapan 15 okul müdürü oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu yardımıyla toplanmış ve MAXQDA 20. Programı kullanılarak içerik analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda öğretmenlerin örgütsel nedenler, kişisel nedenler ve iletişim eksikliğinden kaynaklı olarak okullarda çatışmalar yaşadıkları, okulda öğretmenler arasında yaşanan çatışmaların motivasyonun düşmesi, okul yönetimini zorlaştırma, performansın düşmesi, özgüven eksikliği ve saldırganlık ve şiddeti teşvik etme gibi sonuçlarının olduğu görülmüştür.
The main objective of this study is to study the causes of the conflicts between teachers in the school as an organization and the views of school managers on the consequences of the conflicts. In the study, a phenomenological model of quality research methods was used. The research work group consists of 15 school directors working in the Diyarbakır province center in the educational year 2022-2023. The research data was collected with the help of a semi-configured interview form and MAXQDA 20. The program is analyzed using content analysis. At the end of the study, teachers experienced conflicts in schools due to organizational causes, personal causes and lack of communication, conflicts between teachers in schools resulted in motivation decline, school management difficulties, performance decline, lack of self-confidence and the promotion of aggression and violence.
