Abstract:

The challenges brought by the mass life, the housing problems, the legal problems, and the health of migrants have a negative impact on social, cultural, psychological and physical aspects. Women are more affected than men for reasons such as social status, social gender, and low socio-economic level, and are more disadvantaged in injuries from health services. All of these problems cause refugees to be included in the risk groups of reproductive health issues, and violence, sexual harassment, rape, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy and birth-related reproductive health issues arise. Moreover, women refugees have problems with access to health services for reasons such as language problems, difficulties in transportation to health institutions, lack of health insurance, lack of adequate health institutions and qualified staff and translator in the migration areas. As a result of the increasing health problems, the need for reproductive health services is increasing. In this regard, it is very important to organize programmes of reproductive health to prioritize, evaluate and provide a permanent solution to the problems of women refugees, reproductive health issues and conditions of use of health services.
