Uçakta seyahat eden kişilerin önce can güvenliğinin sağlanması etik olarak ilk kuraldır. Bu nedenle uçakların hat ve üs bakımları, bütün yerli ve yabancı havayollarının uçak bakım bölümleri ile uçak bakım kuruluşları tarafından mevcut yetkileri kapsamında itina ile yapılmaktadır. Yolcu emniyeti herşeyden önce geldiği gibi aprondaki hat bakım personellerinin de emniyet ve güvenliği önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, apronda gerçekleştirilen uçak hat bakım faaliyetleri hakkında bilgilendirme yapılmış, bu faaliyetleri gerçekleştirirken yaşanabilecek olası riskler belirtilmiş, alınması gereken önlemler açıklanmış, ayrıca, insan faktörlerinin de sürece etkileri ifade edilmiştir. Uçak bakım personelinin yapacağı çalışma, lisansında veya onay yetkisindeki kapsamın dışına asla çıkmamalıdır. 6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu’na göre “tehlikeli sınıf”a giren uçak bakımı, risk ve tehlikeyi ortadan kaldırmak için gerekli önlemler alınarak gerçekleştirilmelidir. Bunu gerçekleştirirken, işverenin ve Devlet Hava Meydanları İşletmesi Genel Müdürlüğü’nün belirlediği ve uyulmasını zorunlu hale getirdiği tüm kurallara harfiyen uymak, iş güvenliği uyarı levhalarına dikkat etmek ve yapılan tüm işlerde koruyucu ekipman kullanmak bir zorunluluktur. Ani olarak ortaya çıkabilecek acil durumlarda uygulanabilir acil durum yönetimi ve acil durum planı, öncelikle İşverenin yükümlülüğü altındadır.
The safety of people travelling on the plane is the first rule of ethics. Therefore, aircraft's line and base maintenance is carried out by all domestic and foreign airlines' aircraft maintenance departments and aircraft maintenance organizations within the framework of their existing powers. The safety of passengers is important, as the safety and safety of passengers are important. In this study, information was made about the airline maintenance activities carried out in apronda, the potential risks that may occur during the carrying out of these activities, the measures to be taken were explained, and the effects of human factors were also expressed during the course. The aircraft maintenance staff shall never go beyond the scope of the work, license or authorisation. According to Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, the maintenance, risk and hazard of aircraft in the "dangerous class" must be carried out by taking the necessary measures to eliminate the risk and hazard. In doing so, it is mandatory to literally comply with all the rules that the employer and the General Directorate of the State Airport Operations establish and make compliance mandatory, to pay attention to the work safety warnings sheets and to use protective equipment in all the work done. Implementable emergency management and emergency plan in emergency situations that may arise suddenly are primarily under the employer’s responsibility.
Ensuring the life safety of the people traveling on the plane is the first ethical rule. For this reason, line and base maintenance of airplanes is carried out meticulously by the aircraft maintenance departments of all domestic and foreign airlines and aircraft maintenance organizations within the scope of their current authorizations. As passenger safety comes first, the safety and security of the line maintenance personnel on the apron is also important. In this study, information was given about the aircraft line maintenance activities carried out on the apron, the possible risks that may be experienced while performing these activities were stated, the precautions to be taken were explained, and the effects of human factors on the process were also expressed. The work of aircraft maintenance personnel should never go beyond the scope of their license or approval. According to the Occupational Health and Safety Law numbered 6331, aircraft maintenance, which is classified as "dangerous class", must be carried out by taking necessary precautions to eliminate risk and danger. While doing this, it is a must to strictly comply with all the rules determined by the employer and the General Directorate of State Airports Authority, to pay attention to the occupational safety warning signs and to use protective equipment in all works. Applicable emergency management and emergency plan in emergency situations that may arise suddenly are primarily under the obligation of the Employer.
