Öğretmen Adaylarının Psikolojik İyi Oluş Düzeylerinde Bilinçli Farkındalık ve Affetmenin Yordayıcı Rolleri

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, bilinçli farkındalık ve affetme değişkenlerinin öğretmen adaylarının psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyini ne derecede yordadıklarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 235’i kadın ve 128’i erkek olmak üzere toplam 363 öğretmen adayından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği , Bilinçli Farkındalık Ölçeği , Heartland Affetme Ölçeği ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde Pearson Momentler Çarpım Korelasyonu Analizi ve Çoklu Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda yordayıcı güçleri bakımından sırasıyla bilinçli farkındalık ve affetme değişkenlerinin öğretmen adaylarının iyi oluş düzeylerini anlamlı şekilde yordadıkları ortaya çıkmıştır. Söz konusu bu değişkenlerin ortak etkilerinin psikolojik iyi oluş düzeylerine ilişkin varyansın % 43’ünü açıkladığı tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak da araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular ışığında ileride yapılacak araştırmalar için öneriler sunulmuştur.

Teachers' Advisory Roles of Conscious Awareness and Forgiveness in the Level of Psychological Wellbeing

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study how conscious awareness and forgiveness variables affect the level of psychological well-being of teachers. The sample of the study consists of a total of 363 teachers candidates, including 235 women and 128 men. The research used the psychological well-being scale, the conscious awareness scale, the heartland forgiveness scale and the personal information form as the data collection tools. In the statistical analysis of the data, Pearson Moments used the Correlation Correlation Analysis and Multi-Right Regression Analysis. The research has shown that the variables of conscious awareness and forgiveness, respectively, in terms of their incentive powers, significantly influence the level of well-being of teachers candidates. It was found that the common effects of these variables revealed a variation of 43% of the levels of psychological well-being. Finally, in light of the findings obtained from the research, recommendations for further research are presented.

The sample of the study consisted of 363 teacher candidates. Psychological Well-Being Scale , Mindful Attention Awareness Scale , Heartland Forgiveness Scale and Demographic Information Form were used as data collection tools. Pearson Moment Product Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were used for statistical analysis of data. As a result of the research, it was determined that mindfulness and forgiveness variables were significantly predictive of teacher candidates' level of well-being. It was found that the two variables acounted for 43 % of the variance related to psychological well-being levels. Finally, in the light of the findings of the study, suggestions for future research are presented.
