Abstract:

This study, which aims to determine the state of cooperation between the teacher and the family in the pre-school training process and the problems of communication that teachers experience with the families through the teachers' opinions, was conducted in the work year 2021-2022 with the participation of 10 pre-school teachers who work in the public pre-school education institutions in Ankara or Etimesgut district. The study group has a semi-configured interview form prepared by the researcher and composed of 5 questions. The data obtained from the study group was analyzed using the visual analysis method. The findings of the research have been achieved in a few suggestions to the issues discussed and identified compared to the relevant field in the summer. The results of the study are: The work of the parents with the teacher has a positive impact on the teacher’s motivation. Teachers experience the problem of communication with their parents most due to the lack of cooperation. Communication problems arise mostly from teachers’ and educational prejudices, while communication problems arise from teachers are due to misunderstandings.
