Abstract:

Çalışmada, nominal döviz kuru ile TÜFE ve ÜFE enflasyon oranları arasındaki ilişki, Türkiye örneği çerçevesinde, Ocak 2007 - Aralık 2017 dönemleri arasındaki 132 adet aylık veri seti alınarak incelenmektedir. Genişletilmiş Dickey Fuller (ADF) birim kök testi ve Granger nedensellik testleri uygulanarak, nominal döviz kuru ile TÜFE ve ÜFE enflasyon oranları arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; ÜFE enflasyon oranından TÜFE enflasyon oranına doğru tek bir nedensellik ilişkisine rastlanılırken, nominal döviz kurunun ve ÜFE enflasyon oranın bağımlı değişken olduğu durumlarda diğer bağımsız değişkenler tarafından etkilenmediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
