FEN VE TEKNOLOJİ ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN PORTFOLYO DEĞERLENDİRME YÖNTEMİNE YÖNELİK GÖRÜŞLERİ Bu araştırmada; Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmenlerinin portfolyo değerlendirmesine yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden eylem araştırması tekniği kullanılarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Katılımcılar, Manisa ilinde çalışan 12 Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analiz tekniği kullanılmış ve elde edilen veriler sayısallaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada, portfolyo değerlendirme yönteminin okullardaki fazla öğrenci popülâsyonu, öğretmenlerin iş yükü ve bazı öğrencilerin derse yönelik ilgisizliği yüzünden Fen ve Teknoloji dersinde uygulanabilirliğine yönelik bazı problemler tespit edilmiştir. SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TEACHERS’ VIEWS TOWARD PORTFOLIO ASSESTMENT Determining the views of the Science and Technology teachers toward the portfolio was aimed in this study. Data was gathered with semi-structured interview form using action research technique by the qualitative research methods. Participants were 12 Science and Technology teachers in Manisa. Data were analyzed with content analysis technique and were commented with converting numerical value from verbal statement. The results of the study show that portfolio assessment has some problems toward its applicability through it takes too much time to evaluate the students due to the population of the students , workload of the teachers and indifference of the students to the courses.
FEN and Technology Teachers’ Portfolio Assessment Method Guidelines This study aims to determine the opinions of the Teachers of Science and Technology on portfolio assessment. The data is collected using the semi-configured interview technique using the action research technique from the quality research methods. The participants are composed of 12 scientists and tech teachers working in Manisa. In the analysis of data, the content analysis technique is used and the data obtained is interpreted by numerization. In this study, a portfolio assessment method identified some problems with its applicability in the course of Science and Technology due to the multi-student population in schools, the workload of teachers and the disinterest of some students to the class.
