The purpose of the study is to determine the effects of the three separate times and forms of leaves taken after the falling period on the output and one characteristics. In this sense, the application of deep mountain pickup (DTA) and window (PEN) made to the assault crown system has resulted in a reduction in size, weight and volume in the slurry. On the other hand, in terms of one characteristics, the application of Deep Mountains (DTA) causes a significant decrease in one eni, length, 100 drought weight and % drought weight, while the application of leaves in the form of a window (PEN) has caused an increase in the dry weight with one eni, length, volume, cortex area, 100 years weight. When the interventions in the crown system were assessed in terms of the time of application, the Z1 (13-15°Briks) and Z2 (15-17°Briks) periods caused a decrease in the weight of the output, while the reduction of the one irility increased the one self-mass and therefore the proportion of the one volume of the one coat area increased. As a result, I found that when the increased temperatures of the year and the total amount of rain in the periods of June, July and August were assessed together with the impact of the green dusts on the crown system after the fall, the application of the Deep Mountains (DTA) with the periods of Z1 (13-15°Briks) and Z2 (15-17°Briks) reduced the frequency and the frequency.

Araştırmanın amacı; ben düşme döneminin ardından üç ayrı zaman ve biçimde yapılan yaprak almaların salkım ve tane özelliklerine etkilerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu anlamda, asma taç sistemine yapılan Derin Tepe Alma (DTA) ve Pencere (PEN) biçiminde yaprak alma uygulamaları ile salkımda boy, ağırlık ve hacminde bir azalma meydana getirmiştir. Diğer taraftan tane özellikleri açısından Derin Tepe Alma (DTA) uygulaması tane eni, boyu, 100 tane kuru ağırlığı ve % kuru ağırlığında belirgin bir azalmaya neden olurken, Pencere (PEN) biçiminde yaprak alma uygulaması ise tane eni, boyu, hacmi, kabuk alanı, 100 tane yaş ağırlığı ile kuru ağırlığında artışa neden olmuştur. Taç sistemine yapılan müdahaleler uygulama zamanı açısından değerlendirildiğinde Z1 (13-15°Briks) ve Z2 (15-17°Briks) dönemi, salkım ağırlığında bir azalışa neden olurken, tane iriliğini azaltarak tane özkütlesini artırmış ve dolayısıyla da tane kabuk alanının tane hacmine oranı yükselmiştir. Sonuç olarak ben düşme sonrasındaki yeşil budamaların taç sistemine etkisi ile araştırmanın yapıldığı yılın artan sıcaklıkları ve Haziran, Temmuz ve Ağustos dönemi toplam yağış miktarı birlikte değerlendirildiğinde Z1 (13-15°Briks) ve Z2 (15-17°Briks) dönemleri ile Derin Tepe Alma (DTA) uygulamasının salkım ve tane iriliğini azalttığı tespit edilmiştir.
