Zorluklarla kurulan Cumhuriyet, Atatürk önderliğinde büyük gelişim göstererek 10 yıl sonra önemli bir noktaya gelmiştir. Devlet ve millet için bu önemli günün kutlamalarının öncekilerden ihtişamlı olması için özel bir çaba gösterilmiştir. Merkezden valiliklere ve köylere kadar komiteler kurulup ilgili yerlere talimatnameler gönderilerek koordineli bir kutlama programı hazırlanmıştır. Böylece bu önemli bayramın programlı ve şanına yakışır şekilde kutlanması sağlanmıştır. Osmanlı Devleti zamanından Cumhuriyet dönemine önemli bir birikimle giren ve Anadolu’nun önde gelen şehirlerinden biri olan Adapazarı’nda da Cumhuriyet’in 10. yılı büyük bir coşkuyla kutlanmıştır. Köylerden ve şehrin birçok noktasından gelen halk, Adapazarı merkezinde yer alan Hükümet Caddesi ve Cumhuriyet Meydanı’nda bu önemli günü kutlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, Cumhuriyetin 10. yıl kutlamalarının Adapazarı uygulaması ele alınmış ve şehirde yaşanılan toplumsal tepki aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır.
The Republic, founded with difficulties, has reached an important point 10 years later, showing great development under the leadership of Atatürk. A special effort has been made for the state and the nation to make the celebrations of this important day glorious than the previous ones. From the center to the governments and villages, committees are established and instructions are sent to the relevant places and a coordinated celebration program is prepared. This important celebration is scheduled and celebrated in an appropriate manner. The 10th anniversary of the Republic was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Adapazari, one of the leading cities of Anatolia, which has entered the Republic from the time of the Ottoman State with a significant accumulation of knowledge. People from the villages and many points of the city have celebrated this important day in the Government Street and the Republic Square, located in the center of Adapazari. In this study, the implementation of the Adapazari of the 10th anniversary of the Republic was discussed and the social reaction that was experienced in the city was tried to be transmitted.
The Republic, which was founded with difficulties, showed great progress under the leadership of Atatürk and reached an important point after 10 years. A special effort has been made to make the celebrations of this important day for the state and the nation more magnificent than the previous ones. Committees were established from the center to the governorships and villages, and a coordinated celebration program was prepared by sending instructions to the relevant places. Thus, this important holiday was celebrated in a planned and glorious manner. The 10th anniversary of the Republic was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Adapazarı, one of the leading cities of Anatolia, which entered the Republican period from the time of the Ottoman Empire with a significant accumulation. The people coming from the villages and many parts of the city properly celebrated this important day in the Government Street and Cumhuriyet Square in the center of Adapazarı. In this study, Adapazarı application of the decennial celebrations of the Republic was discussed and the social reaction experienced in the city was tried to be conveyed.
