Bu araştırmanın amacı ergenlerde duygusal özerklik, arkadaşa bağlanma ve temel psikolojik ihtiyaçlar arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Sakarya ili Adapazarı ilçesindeki Anadolu liselerinden seçilen ergenlerden 140’ı kız, 160’ı erkek olmak üzere toplam 300 ortaöğretim öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması amacıyla Duygusal Özerklik Ölçeği, Ergen Öğrencilerin Okulda Temel Psikolojik Gereksinimleri Ölçeği ve Ergenler İçin Arkadaşa Bağlanma Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın analizlerinde ölçek toplam puanlarının elde edilmesi için Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı Analizi, ikili grupların karşılaştırılması için bağımsız örneklem t-testi ve ikiden fazla grubun karşılaştırılması için ise tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre ergenlerin duygusal özerklik düzeyleri ile psikolojik gereksinim ve arkadaşa bağlanma düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki, ergenlerin duygusal özerklik düzeyleri ve temel psikolojik ihtiyaç düzeyleri arasında cinsiyet ve sınıf değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılık ve ergenlerin duygusal özerklik, temel psikolojik ihtiyaç ve arkadaşa bağlanma alt boyutları arasında cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı bir fark olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to study the relationship between emotional autonomy, friendship and basic psychological needs in adolescents. The sample of the study is made up of a total of 300 middle school students, including 140 girls and 160 men, from the elected adolescents from the Anadolu high schools in Sakarya or Adapazari district. To collect data, the Emotional Autonomy Scale, the Scale of Basic Psychological Requirements of Adolescent Students in School and the Scale of Friendship for Adolescents were used. To obtain scale total points in the analysis of the study, the Pearson Moment Relationship Correlation Assessment Analysis was obtained using the independent sample t-test for comparison of two groups and the one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) for comparison of two groups. The research finds that there is a meaningful relationship between the levels of emotional autonomy of adolescents and the levels of psychological need and friendship, a meaningful difference between the levels of emotional autonomy of adolescents and the levels of basic psychological need according to the gender and class variable and a meaningful difference between the levels of emotional autonomy of adolescents, the basic psychological need and the subdimensions of friendship according to the gender variable.
