Küresel kapitalizmin üretimde benimsediği esneklik modeli sonucu emeğin ücretlendirilmesi çok düşük seviyelere inmiş, dünyanın yoksul yerlerinden zengin ülkelere doğru kitlesel göçler gerçekleşmiş ve yoksulluk küresel bir hal almıştır. Göç hareketi gerçekleştikten sonra varış yerinde umut edilen yaşam standardı yakalayamama, iş bulmada yaşanılan problemler, yeterli bir gelir elde edememe, istihdamda güvencesizlik gibi problemler göç edenleri yoksullar sınıfı-na dâhil etmektedir. Neoliberal politikaların yoksullar üzerinde oluşturduğu güvencesizlik ile küresel bir olgu olan göç ilişkisinin değerlendirmesini yapmak makale bağlamında yürütülen amacı teşkil etmektedir. Öncelikle yoksulluktan başlanacaktır. Çünkü olayların düğümlendiği yer orasıdır. Bu makalede, neoliberal politikalar ile emeğin sömürüsünün devam ettiği, kapita-lizm yoksulluğa neden olduğu ve göçün cinsiyetlendirildiği, kapitalizmin neden olduğu göç ile yoksulluğun yaygınlaştığı tespit edilmiştir.
As a result of the flexibility model adopted by global capitalism in production, the wage has fallen to very low levels, mass migrations have occurred from the poor places of the world to the rich countries, and poverty has become a global state. After the immigration movement takes place, immigrants are not able to catch the expected standard of life at the destination, the problems in finding a job, the failure to obtain sufficient income, the uncertainty in employment include the poor class. The assessment of the immigration relationship, which is a global phenomenon with the uncertainty that the neoliberal policies create on the poor, is the purpose of the article. First of all, we will start with poverty. That’s where the events occur. This article identifies the continuation of neoliberal policies and the exploitation of labor, the capital-lism causes poverty, the immigration is sexualized, the capitalism causes the spread of poverty and the immigration.
As a result of the flexibility model adopted by global capitalism in production, the wage of labor has decreased to very low levels, mass migration from poor countries to rich countries has taken place all over the world and poverty has become global. Problems such as inability to achieve the expected standard of living at the destination, problems in finding a job, the inabil-ity to obtain a standard job and sufficient income as a result of the flexible production model of capitalist modernity, and the distrust in employment include immigrants to the class of poor people. The aim of the article is to evaluate the relationship between the insecurity of neoliber-al policies on the poor and the migration relationship, which is a global phenomenon. In this article, it has been determined that the exploitation of labor continues with neoliberal policies, capitalism causes poverty and immigration is gendered, and immigration caused by capitalism is widespread
