The aim of this study is to study the development of soil and the change in water-resistant aggregate stability under the same main material, different curves and land use conditions. This study was carried out in the soil formed on basaltic main material located in different topographic positions within the mountainous location area located in the south of the Samsun-Bafra road, Engiz Beldese. In this scope, six profiles in the north and south direction on the cutting were selected and studied. According to the study, the land located in the curved land on the cutting is classified in the Lithic Ustorthent subgroup from the Entisol Army, while the land located in the curved basin and mountain/plato plates are classified as Typic Haplustert, Vertic Haplustept and Typic Haplustept of the Inceptisol and Vertisol Army. The formation of different soil on the same main material within the work area shows, in other words, that young and mature soils are located together within a local area, the topography or the local rally has a significant impact on the main material and time in the process of formation of the soil. Furthermore, it has been shown that the frequency of vegetation on the soil has a significant influence on the situation, such as the variety of factors. In the maturity of the land or in the youth of the land, the movement of the water in the land, especially in the land, is shown to be as effective as the movement and accumulation of the land in the place of formation. There has been a significant difference between the top layer of the Typic Haplustert and Vertic Haplustept land located in the basin and edge land and the top layer of the Typic Haplustept land and the top layer of the Typic Haplustept land located on the top layer used as mer, and this difference is believed to be
