Fiil, Arap dilinde cümleyi oluşturan temel unsurlardan biridir. Fiillerin ifade ettiği anlamlara göre kullanıldığı kipleri ve çekim esnasında geçirdiği değişimleri ele alan bilim dalına ‘Sarf ilmi’ denir. Arapçada kökeninde ‘illet harfleri’ olan elif (ا), vâv (و), yâ (ي) harflerini barındıran ve ‘mu‘tel’ olarak isimlendirilen fiillerin çoğu i‘lâle/değişime uğramaktadır.
Real is one of the basic elements that forms the phrase in Arabic. According to the meanings the facts expressed, the branch of science which deals with the kipes used and the changes it has undergoed during the drawing is called 'Sarf science'. The Arabic is the Arabic, the Arabic is the Arabic, the Arabic is the Arabic, the Arabic is the Arabic, the Arabic is the Arabic, the Arabic is the Arabic, the Arabic is the Arabic, the Arabic is the Arabic. This change is also seen as an unbeatable obstacle in the minds in terms of learning Arabic, especially for those who later learn Arabic. The change in realities in Arabic can be studied in two main sections. The first is the changes that develop within the framework of general principles and in almost all examples. These changes are called “Sarfi/Curnal Change”. The second kind of change is not normalized and remains on a local level. These changes are also called “Lugavi” and “Sema” changes. Initially, the changes will be discussed. It is also a fact that the change aimed at phonetic harmony brings some challenges for those who later learn Arabic. But taking into account the causes of the change in the facts and the uncertainty in almost all examples, it will appear that this change develops in the axis of completely certain rules. With the knowledge of these rules, the reasons for the change in the examples will also be understood. In our work for this purpose, the wall behind the rules in the Arabic philosophy will be drawn up and the validity of these rules will be examined in the light of examples.
