Bu araştırmada, ortaöğretimokullarında okutulan görsel sanatlar dersinde öğrenciler tarafından getirilen ders araç gereçlerinin öğretmen motivasyonunaetkisi incelenmesiamaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Van ilinin İpekyolu ve Tuşba ilçesine bağlı ortaöğretim okullarında görev yapan, gönüllü 15 görsel sanatlar öğretmeni ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada görsel sanatlar dersine ders araç gereçlerinin öğrenciler tarafından sağlanmasının öğretmen motivasyonuyla ilişkisiyle ilgili öğretmen görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin ders araç gereçlerini sağlaması öğretmen motivasyonuyla doğru bir orantı içerisinde olduğu görülmektedir. Görsel sanatlar dersi uygulamalı bir ders olduğundan derslerde uygulamalı çalışmalar yaptırmak için ders araç gereçlerine gereksinim duyulmaktadır. Ders araç gereçleri eksiksiz bir şekilde derste aktif konumda olan öğrencilerin öğretmen motivasyonuna olumlu bir etkisi olduğu bulgusuna ulaşıldığı görülmektedir.
In this study, the study has not studied the motivation of teachers of the teaching tools brought by students in the classroom of visual arts taught in the high school. The research has used a semi-configured conversation method of quality research methods. The research was carried out with 15 volunteer teachers of visual arts working in the Ipekyolu and Tuşba districts of the province of Van. In the study, the teacher’s opinions on the relationship with the teacher’s motivation of the course of visual arts was taken into the course of the teacher’s opinions on the relationship with the teacher’s motivation of the teaching tools provided by students. The research finds that the student’s teaching facilities are in the right proportion to the teacher’s motivation. Since the visual arts course is an applied course, the course tools are required to perform the applied studies in the courses. It is found that the course tools have achieved a positive impact on the teacher motivation of students who are fully active in the classroom.
