Abstract:

Working for a large part of mankind holds much more space than any other activity in life. Being an employer in modern societies is considered one of the core stones in building and preserving self-confidence. Working even in situations where the working conditions are relatively bad, the processor is simple, routine and tired, does not lead to unhappiness as not having a job. It is clear that the satisfaction provided by the work life that covers an important area of life affects the satisfaction of life in general. On the other hand, the level of satisfaction of life is also seen as one of the determinants of employment. On the day when it is impossible to identify with the return of money, working in a job means socializing in the same way. Based on the fact that one of the most important elements that enhance the life satisfaction of individuals is satisfactory individual relationships and quality social sharing, communication satisfaction is also considered to be an effective variable on life satisfaction. This study tries to provide a theoretical framework on the relationship between life satisfaction, employment and communication satisfaction variables. From here, the interactions between the concepts and concepts referred to in the work of movement have been attempted to explain, the results of the relevant research in the literature have been included.
