Abstract:

Abstract The text presents an interview with Iraquitan de Oliveira Caminha, affectionately known as "very expensive". Professor of the Graduate Programs in Physical Education, and Philosophy of the UFPB, he is also the author of several works in Physical Education, Philosophy and Psychology, besides articles in scientific journals and book chapters in the universe of the body, Physical Education, Education, Psychoanalysis and Philosophy. He gives us an interview at the UFPB on December 5, 2018, which tells us about his academic trajectory and his approximations with the thought of Merleau-Ponty. He also tells us about his research, works and concepts engaged in them and other authors such as Bachelard, Silvino Santin and Manuel Sérgio. Finally he gives us a brief account of his vision of the challenges of philosophical studies of Physical Education.
