So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The maxillary sinus mucocele is a rare condition and it usually presents clinically as a benign tumor. Mucoceles of the paranasal sinuses most commonly occur in the frontal or anterior ethmoidal sinuses. Chronic sinus inflammation and allergic disease are common causes of paranasal mucoceles. Aggressive mucoceles may erode the surrounding walls of the sinus; because of this, they must be differentiated from the carcinomas. Large maxillary sinus mucoceles causing bone destruction are extremely rare in patients who have no previous history of nasal or sinus surgery. The computed tomography scan was essential for delineating the extent of the lesion and aiding in the preoperative diagnosis. The treatment of maxillary sinus mucoceles is surgical. The traditional surgical method is Caldwell-Luc. The endoscopic approach to the treatment of maxillary sinus mucoceles is associated with a low rate of recurrence and without complications. In this study a case of a large maxillary sinus mucocele presenting with facial asymmetry was presented. The pathogenesis, clinical features and radiological aspects of this entity are reviewed.
