We are expected to take into consideration other factors (infrastructure, teaching staff, the province's geographical location, etc.) in addition to the quota and placed of the previous year from ÖSYM to balanced distribution of quotas. The solution of the problem is urgent. In basic science problem also affects other areas, there is concern that the higher education affect adversely. Ministry of Education should raise with at least service training of their teachers level of knowledge and experience. Students merit and interests to occupations should be explored and should be routed. Faculty of Education is generally lacking infrastructure and teaching staff to teacher training, it can be completed with the Faculty of Science and Arts should be considered.
