Özet:

As the object of research is 10 (ten) industrial companies listed on BEI. The object of research is all financial statements and company reports obtained from BEI period 2013-2015, with the number of population as many as 1 food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange and the sampled as many as 30 (thirty) samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data of financial statements in IDX. The method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, T test statistic, multiple linear analysis test, test coefficient determination R2. This study is intended to determine the effect of ROA and ROE on stock prices. Still there is difference of research result between one researcher with other researcher so that encourage researcher to do this research. The results showed that the significance value of ROA 0.011 < 0.05 and t count 2.740 > 2.05183 which means that ROA has a significant effect on stock prices. As for ROE has a significance value of 0.133 > 0.05 and t arithmetic -1.547 < 2.05183 which means ROE has no effect on stock prices. While based on the results of determination coefficient test R2 obtained the result that ROA and ROE affect the stock price of 29.2%, while the remaining 70.8% influenced by other variables that have not been studied in this study.
