This study aims to identify the views of producers on organic farming in conventional and organic olive enterprises and the factors in preference of organic olive production. The data was obtained through an survey from 152 producers who manufactured both production techniques. As a method, the factors that influence the preference of organic olive production while using frequency, percentage distribution and average to express the views of producers about organic agriculture activity have been analyzed with the Logit Model. The study found that conventional olive producers defined organic farming as the highest rate (77.63) as drug-free and fertilizer-free farming, while organic olive producers were 50%. 66 of them were identified as the highest rate of controlled certified production. The period of knowledge of organic farming is estimated at an average of 6.60 years in conventional enterprises and 7.92 years in organic enterprises. In both conventional and organic enterprises, the highest level of lack of information and the lowest amount of support has been found as the main causes of restricting organic farming. The most important source of information on organic farming has been found to be the means of public communication in conventional enterprises (57.24%), and in organic enterprises the certification bodies (80.26) . According to Logit Model, in enterprises, the presence of oil varieties, the amount of production, the leaf fertilization, the irrigation, the recording, the distance of the olive plants to the village, the follow-up of the recommendations, the awareness of organic farming and the organic agriculture legislation information status variables have been determined to increase the probability of organic olive production.
