Abstract:

Psychological contracts represent unwritten expectations between employees and organizations. This study aims to develop a "psychological contract perception scale" to study school managers' psychological contractual perceptions. The validity of the measurement has been used by the AFA and the verifying factor analysis (DFA). The data for the scale's discovery factor analysis, verification factor analysis and final application were collected from three different study groups. The results of the factor analysis have been developed from 20 articles; the scale of the psychological contract perception of school managers consisting of processal, relative and balanced contractual dimensions. The scale developed was applied to 249 primary, secondary and secondary school managers working in the province of Bolu. For the reliability of the scale, Cronbach’s Alpha values were calculated and found in the processing contract size, 70; in the relative contract size, 85; in the balanced contract size, 95 and in the total psychological contract size, 88. With the data obtained from 249 school managers in the Bolu province, a visual analysis was carried out and the school managers’ relationship contracts, balanced contracts and total psychological contracts perceptions were at the level of "I agree" and the processing contracts perceptions were at the level of "unstability".
