Araştırmada; Artırılmış Gerçeklik uygulamalarının Fen Bilimleri dersi Güneş Sistemi ve Ötesi ünitesinde kullanılmasının öğrenci akademik başarısına etkisi ve öğrencilerin bu uygulamalar hakkındaki görüşleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Kocaeli’nin Dilovası ilçesindeki bir ilköğretim okulunun 7. Sınıfındaki 45 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öntest–sontest kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacılar veri toplama aracı olarak Güneş Sistemi ve Ötesi Başarı Testi (GSÖBT) geliştirmişlerdir. Verilerin analizi sonucunda deney gurubunda uygulanan Artırılmış Gerçeklik uygulamalarının akademik başarıyı olumlu olarak etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
The study has studied the impact of the use of augmented reality applications in the solar system and beyond unit of the science course and the opinions of students about these practices. The study group works on a primary school in Kocaeli's Dilovası district 7. There are 45 students in the class. The study used a semi-experimental pattern of the pre-test-sontest control group. The researchers have developed the Solar System and Outside Success Test (GSOBT) as a data collection tool. The analysis of the data found that the Advanced Reality practices applied in the experiment group positively affected academic success.
