Abstract:

This study is carried out to make a selection by putting order of precedence public disclosure platform registered leasing sector among the companies. The study includes the period 2009-2015. In this study six public company registered to KAP are analyzed. These companies are Finance Leasing Corporation, Garanti Leasing Corporation, İş Leasing Corporation, Şeker Leasing Corporation, Vakıf Leasing Corporation and Yapı Kredi Leasing Corporation. The financial statements have been benefited from making the choice among the companies and used methods; leasing operations, leasing income, payees from the leasing operations and net profit/ loss. The method used is ELECTRE method while analysis is done. For every year, financial superiority ranking is made with the help of ELECTRE Method and preferences are determined. As a result of the analysis between the years 2009-2015, Yapı Kredi Leasing came first for all year, only in 2015 they shared first place with Garanti Leasing. The order of preferences change from year to year but also but all year Şeker Leasing Corporation has received final sequence
