Gönen Çayı’nın (Balıkesir) Chironomidae (Diptera-Insecta) Faunası

Gönen Çayının Chironomidae faunası’nın saptanması amacıyla Eylül 2010 ve Temmuz 2012 tarihleri arasında mevsimsel olarak gerçekleştirilen 8 arazi çalışmasında toplam 16 istasyon (4 durgunsu, 12 akarsu) seçilmiştir. Örnekleme çalışmalarında durgun sular da 15x15 cm boyutundaki Ekman-Birge grab, akarsu bentik örneklemelerinde 180 μm göz açıklığına sahip el kepçeleri (kicknet) kullanılmıştır. Örnekler %4’lük formalin çözeltisi ile tespit edildikten sonra laboratuvara getirilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Chironomidae familyasının 5 altfamilyasına (Tanypodinae, Prodiamesinae, Diamesinae, Orthocladiinae, Chironominae) ait 28 takson tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen taksonlar çalışılan lokalite için yeni kayıttır.

Abstract:

For the purpose of the detection of the Chironomidae fauna of Gönen Tea, a total of 16 stations (4 stations, 12 streams) were selected in 8 land studies, which were conducted seasonally between September 2010 and July 2012. During the sampling studies, stable waters were also used in 15x15 cm size Ekman-Birge grab, 180 μm eye openness (kicknet) in current bench sampling. Examples were brought to the laboratory and evaluated after being identified with a 4% formalin solution. The study found 28 taxons belonging to 5 subfamilies of the Chironomidae family (Tanypodinae, Prodiamesinae, Diamesinae, Orthocladiinae, Chironominae). Detected taxons are a new record for the site being worked.
