Abstract:

Çok uluslu işletme, çeşitli ülkelerde yoğun ekonomik faaliyetlerde bulunan, bu ülkelerde üretim şirketlerinin ya da dağıtı m ağları nı n sahibi olan, kontrolü ellerinde bulunduran işletmelerdir. Çok uluslu işletmelerin ülke d ışı nda üretim yapmaları n ı n ya da doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatı rım, stratejisi ile yabancı pazarlara girmelerinin çeşitli nedenleri vardır. Trendler, çok uluslu işletmelerin Avrupa Birliği (AB) pazar ında yoğunlaştı klarını göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada, çok uluslu işletmelerin AB 'deki doğrudan yabancı yatı rım eğilimleri ve yer seçimlerinde etkili olan faktörler araştırdmıştır.
