İLKÖĞRETİM 7. SINIF TÜRKÇE DERS KİTAPLARINDAKİ ATATÜRK TEMASI METİNLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Öğrencilerin istenilen hedeflere ulaştırılması için ders kitapları önemli araçlardır. Ancak yayımlanarak kullanılan bir ders kitabının eğitim sisteminin hedeflerini kapsamakta eksiklikleri bulunabilir. Yapılacak incelemelerle ders kitaplarının eksikliklerinin tespit edilerek düzeltilmesine, olumlu yönlerinin belirlenerek geliştirilmesine yardımcı olunması suretiyle, bu önemli araçların öğrencileri belirlenen hedeflere ulaştırmada daha başarılı olmalarını sağlamak gerekir. Bu çalışmada 2006 Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı’na göre hazırlanan Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı, Koza, Pasifik ve Özgün Yayıncılık’ a ait dört ders kitabındaki Atatürk teması içerik ve nicelik bakımından betimsel tarama yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada, ders kitaplarının programın hedeflerine tam olarak uymadığı tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen yönler bulgular kısmında açıklanmıştır. Bulgulara dayanarak, ders kitaplarının programda uygun görülen konular ve türlerin kesiştiği metinler bulmakta sıkıntıya düştüğü görülmüştür.

Abstract:

Teaching books are important tools for bringing students to the desired goals. However, there may be shortcomings in covering the objectives of the educational system of a curriculum used by publishing. With the study to be carried out, it is necessary to ensure that these important tools are more successful in bringing students to the objectives that are set. In this study, the Atatürk theme in the four curricula of the Ministry of Education, Koza, Pacific and Original Publishing, prepared according to the 2006 Turkish Lesson Teaching Program, was evaluated by the visual scan method in terms of content and quantity. The research found that the curriculum books did not match the objectives of the program. The findings are explained in the findings section. Based on the findings, it has been found that the lesson books have trouble finding the topics and types of text that are matched in the program.
