Bu çalışmada, prizmatik parçaların talaşlı imalat yöntemleriyle işlenmesinde kullanılan imalat unsurlarını içeren bir unsur tabanlı tasarım programı geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, imalat işlemlerinde kullanılan cep, kanal, delik gibi unsurların prizmatik parçalara eklenerek modellenebilmesi ve veri tabanına kaydedilmesidir.Geliştirilen bu sistemle, talaşlı imalat yöntemleri ile elde edilebilecek prizmatik parçalar kolaylıkla modellenebilmektedir.
In this study, an element-based design program was developed that includes the manufacturing elements used in the processing of prizmatic parts with the molded manufacturing methods. The purpose of the study is to make it possible to model the elements such as cell, channel, hole used in the manufacturing processes by adding them to prizmatic parts and recording them into the database.With this developed system, prizmatic parts that can be obtained by the molded manufacturing methods can be easily modeled.
