The smallest language unit that provides communication and agreement between people; sentence defined as a series of words that convey complete and meaningful messages, are divided into various types according to their meaning, predicate, organization and structure. Sentences declare judgment. In some sentences there is a judgment and in some sentences there is more than one judgment. Accordingly, Persian sentences are classified as simple and unified. The subject of the study is one of the combined sentence types. The dependent compound sentences are connected to each other with various semantics, with or without conjunctions; it consists of a basic sentence that expresses the original judgment and one or more subsidiary sentences used in connection with itIn the study type of sentence has been studied under seventeen titles with examples from the ghazals of Saadi-e Shirazi who is one of the greatest poets of Persian literature, lived in VII/XIII. century, owner of world famous work Bostan and Gulistan. The page number and couplet number of the examples under each title and three other similar examples on the subject of the poet's diwan are given in the footnote and also the side sentences in the related example are underlined.
