Abstract:

Bu araştırma ile salonda ve havuzda yapılan çabuk kuvvet antrenmanın 15-18 yaş grubu erkek öğrencilerin (x15.73±1.11 yaş, x168.77±0.48 cm boy, x61.21±9,1 kg) fiziksel gelişimine etkileri tespit edildi. Araştırmaya Maltepe Askeri Lisesinde öğrenim gören 32 öğrenci gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Denekler salonda çalışan, havuzda çalışan ve kontrol grubu olmak üzere üç gruba ayrıldı ve haftada üç gündü günde 1.5 saat olmak üzere 8 hafta antrenman yaptılar kontrol grubu ise okuldaki beden eğitimi dersleri haricinde hiç antrenman yapmadı. İstatistiksel analizler t testi varyans analizleri anova ile yapılmıştır. Deney gruplarının (salonda ve havuzdaki grupların) durarak uzun atlama, dikey sıçrama ve maksimal yarım skuat değerlerindeki artışlar istatistiksel olarak p<0.05 düzeyinde anlamlı bulunması havuzda yapılan antrenmanlarında salonda yapılan anteranmanlar gibi olumlu etkilerinin olduğunu göstermiştir.

The purpose of this study was to determine, the effects of the explosive power of the subjects by measuring the physical at the gym and the pool. 32 voluntary student from Maltepe Military High Scholl participated in this study. The ages of the subject were 15and 18 (Age x15.73±1.11, height x168.77±0,48 cm, weight 61.21 ±9.1 kg). The subject were divi ded into three categories; the working groups in the gym, the working groups in the pool and the control groups. The duration of this study was 8 weeks. The subjects were trained three days except the control groups for 1,5 hour each week. The control groups were trained only in the physical education lesson. Statical analiysis were done by using ANOVA and T-test. Experimental groups were applied long jump, by studying vertical jump and the maksimal half skuat at the gym and in the pool as the resault of thes study. There were statistically meaning full results (p<0.05). this reserarch inticate that the comporison of training in the gym and at the pool was not very significant.
