Intracranial lipomas are seen less than %1 in of all intracranial tumours. Mostly placed in midbrain. They occur often in pericallosal area, but can be seen any part of the brain. They are diagnosed incidentally and mostly are asympthomatic. They become sympthomatic rarely because of mass effect. Most sympthom is headache. Nevertheless epilepsy, hemiplegia are also seen. This benign masses can be diagnosed on MRI and CT scans. Differential diagnosis should be done radiologically. As benign, occuring in deep regions and being adherent to periferic tissues; radical surgeries are not adviced for treatment. We concede to report this intracranial lipoma with a review of litreture though being a giant lipoma and been diagnosing incidentally.
