Advers ilaç reaksiyonları hem hastaları hem de sağlık profesyonellerini zorlayan temel sağlık problemlerinden biridir. Bundan dolayı, bu reaksiyonlar iyi kurulmuş bir farmakovijilans sistemi aracılığıyla izlenmelidir. Sağlık profesyonelleri hasta ve toplum güvenliğinin sağlanması için bu sistemden haberdar olmalı ve eğitilmelidir. Bu derlemede, sağlık profesyonellerinin daha fazla aksiyon almasını stimüle etmek amacıyla farmakovijilans sistemi ulusal mevzuat açısından tartışılmaktadır.
Adverse medication reactions are one of the main health problems that force both patients and health professionals. Therefore, these reactions should be monitored through a well-established pharmacovigilance system. Health professionals should be informed and trained of this system to ensure the patient and community safety. In this collection, the farmacovigilance system is discussed in terms of national legislation in order to encourage health professionals to take more action.

In this review, national regulations regarding pharmacovigilance system are discussed in order to stimulate health professionals to take more action.
