In this study, "the impact of historical empathy activities on academic success, durability and attitude toward class in the 7th class social information course" was studied. The qualitative and qualitative research methods are used together, and the qualitative size of the research is linked to the mixed method where the qualitative and qualitative research methods are used, with a pre-test-final test control group of semi-experimental patterns. The study study group consisted of a total of 42 seventh-class students, including 21 experimental groups and 21 control groups. The statistical analysis of the data collected from the developed measurement tools has been performed separately. Quantitative findings obtained from the academic success test and the social information attitude scale are analyzed with the SPSS 18 data analysis program. The student’s views on historical empathy activities were evaluated by making content analysis. Dependent and independent "t" tests were used to compare the normally distributed points according to the normality test results. The value is 0.05. According to the quantitative results of the study, a statistically significant difference was achieved in favour of the experimental group between the average academic success score of the experimental and control group last test. However, the experiment and control group has not achieved a significant difference between the attitude points of the social information course last test. As a result of the comparison of the durability test scores of students in the experiment and control group, a statistically significant difference was achieved in favour of the experiment group. According to the qualitative findings of the study, the study found that students generally liked historical empathy activities and were willing to use historical empathy activities in the social information course.
