Bu çalışma, sağlık alanında maliyet konulu makalelerde, maliyetin en çok hangi yönünün çalışıldığını ve en fazla hangi sağlık biriminin uygulamaya konu edildiğini tespit etmek ve böylece, hangi sağlık kurumunda ve biriminde hangi konunun daha az çalışıldığını göstererek araştırmacılara yol göstermek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç kapsamında çalışılmayan konuların belirlenmesi, bundan sonraki süreçte araştırma yapacak olanlara yol gösterir nitelikte olması adına da önemlidir. Bu kapsamda, DergiPark veri tabanında “hastane”, “maliyet”, “sağlık kurumları” ve “sağlık işletmeleri” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak tarama gerçekleştirilmiş ve çalışmalara ait bibliyometrik verilere ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmalar yıllar, çalışma yapılan sağlık kurum ve birimleri, çalışma konuları ve yazar sayıları bağlamında incelenmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden bibliyometrik analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bibliyometrik özellikler çerçevesinde değerlendirmeye alınan toplamda 72 makale analize tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonrasında, makale sayılarının yıllar itibariyle dağılımında 2016 yılından sonra büyük bir ivme kazandığı tespit edilmiştir. Radyoloji birimine ait maliyet çalışmalarının diğer birimlere oranla çarpıcı bir şekilde fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak sağlık maliyeti konusunda Türkiye’de yapılan ve DergiPark’ ta yayınlanan makalelerin mevcut durumu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Alandaki bilgi boşluğuna, bibliyometrik analiz sayesinde ışık tutulmuş ve bundan sonra yapılacak olan çalışmalara yol göstereceği kanısına varılmıştır.
This study was carried out in cost-related articles in the field of health, with the aim of determining which aspects of cost are most studied and which health units are most subject to application, and thus guiding the researchers by showing which subject is less studied in which health institution and unit. It is also important to identify the subjects that are not studied within the framework of this purpose, as well as to be qualified for those that will conduct research in the subsequent process. In this context, the scan was carried out in the magazinePark database using the keywords "hospital", "cost", "health institutions" and "health enterprises" and the bibliometric data of the studies were obtained. The studies have been studied in the context of years, the health institutions and units that have been studied, the work topics and the number of authors. In the study, bibliometric analysis technique was used from the quality research methods. In total, 72 articles were analyzed in the framework of bibliometric characteristics. After the analysis, it has been found that the number of articles has gained a huge boost in the distribution since 2016. The costs of the radiology unit work were impressively higher than the other units. As a result, the current status of the articles made in Turkey on health costs and published in the JournalPark has been tried to reveal. The knowledge gap in the field has been found to be held light through bibliometric analysis and it will lead to the work that will be done afterwards.
