Özel Öğrenme Güçlüğü olan öğrencilerle çalışan öğretmenler için geliştirilen öğretmen yeterlikleri eğitim programının etkililiğini incelemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma karma yöntemle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın nitel aşamalarında ‘Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu’ ve nicel aşamalarında ‘Ön Test-Son Test Kontrol Gruplu Deneysel Araştırma Modeli’ kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin ÖÖG olan öğrencilerin 1) tanım, tanılama ve değerlendirme, nedenleri, sınıflandırma, gelişim özellikleri, öğretimi planlama ve uyarlama, yasal hakları, aile eğitimi ve rehberliği, özel öğretim yöntem ve teknikleri, öğretim teknoloji ve materyal geliştirme, sınıfta problem davranışlarla baş etme, ölçme ve değerlendirme, BEP geliştirme ve uygulama ile ilgili yeterli bilgi sahibi olmadıkları 2) öğretmen eğitimi programına katılan ve katılmayan öğretmenlerin ‘Özel Öğrenme Güçlüğü Alanı Öğretmen Yeterlik Ölçeği’ son test puanları arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı bir fark olduğu 3) deney grubuna uygulanan ‘Özel Öğrenme Güçlüğü Alanı Öğretmen Yeterlikleri Eğitim Programı’nın, Öğretmen Yeterliklerini artırmada etkili bir program olduğu 4) deney grubundaki öğretmenlerin öğretmen eğitim programını yeterli buldukları ve kendi yeterliklerini arttırdığı sonuçları elde edilmiştir.
Teacher skills developed for teachers working with students with special learning difficulties, this research aimed at studying the effectiveness of the educational program was carried out by a mixed method. In the qualitative stages of the study, the "Semi-Structured Interview Form" and the "Pre-Test-Final Test Control Group Experimental Research Model" were used in the quantitative stages. According to the research, teachers are not sufficient knowledge of the students who are OECD, 1) definition, recognition and evaluation, causes, classification, development characteristics, teaching planning and adaptation, legal rights, family education and guidance, special teaching methods and techniques, teaching technology and material development, dealing with problem behavior in the class, measurement and evaluation, BEP development and application 2) teachers who participate in the teaching program and not participate in the teaching program have a significant difference in the benefit of the experience group between the 'Special Learning Difficulty Area' Teacher Qualification Scale' last test points 3) teachers who have been taught in the teaching program, teachers who have been taught in the teaching group, teachers who have been taught in the teaching group, teachers who have been taught in the teaching group, teachers who have been taught in the teaching group.
