Abstract:

Today, in an increasing competitive environment, have to meet their customer needs and needs in time and in full so that they can continue their activities without interruption. Logistics services play the most important role in responding to customer requests in time and with the desired quality. The proper management of this process, which covers logistics activities such as the supply, storage and delivery of products, is important for. In this regard, the logistics companies need to be economically strong in order to be able to carry out the services requested from them without interruption. Companies with economic difficulties may occasionally face difficulties in performing their activities in full. Logistics firms that do not want to be lost by customers should take the necessary measures in time to replace their aspects of disruption by reviewing their economic structures at certain intervals. In this study, the economic performance of 8 logistics companies listed in the Fortune 500 list in 2016 was assessed by 8 measurements. The measurement weights are evaluated by Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and the economic performance of the options by the method of Grey Relational Analysis (GIA). The highest performance company is Netlog.
