the aim of this study is to investigate the effects of football training players on the leg force speed and flexibility, and possible change in the muscular lateral dominant work 15 football players and 15 non-trained subjects, the average age of 229± 19 years, the total 30 men attended isometric forces were measured with the squat test of dynamic forces with the leg dynamometer, and the vertical leap test was calculated by using the digital reading bouncer, the subjects were calculated with the speed of 20 m maximal running and secret testing using the electronic optical device, and the vertical strengths were measured in terms of non-respective measurement, as a result of non-respective measurement, and a greater measurement of non-respective measurement
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of soccer training on leg strength, power, sprint and flexibility in footballers and their possible influence in changing muscular lateral dominance. Method: 30 men (mean age: 22.9± 1.9year), 15 soccer players and 15 untrained subjects, participated in this study. Isometric forces were measured on a leg dynamometer and dynamic forces with a squat test. Power was measured by vertical jump with a digital jump meter. Speed to move 20 m was measured using electronic optic cells. Flexibility was determined by a sit and reach test. All measures were determined for each limb separately and together. Results: Soccer players had higher (p<0.05) force, power, sprint and flexibility of values than control subjects. Significant differences were observed in footballers for vertical jump power between dominant and non- dominant limb. Non – dominant leg was powerful than dominant. Conclusion: The results showed that long term playing and training increases the force, power, sprint and flexibility of both legs.
