Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir kamu hastanesinde çalışan personelin örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans algıları arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Çalışma, Kırıkkale’de bir kamu hastanesinde çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 460 kişi üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 20 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda katılımcıların örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans algılarının orta seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans algılarının cinsiyete göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda ise örgütsel özdeşleşmenin çalışan performansı üzerindeki toplam varyansın %9,3’ünü açıkladığı belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this study is to study the relationship between the organizational identity and performance perceptions of the staff working in a public hospital. The study was carried out on 460 people who agreed to participate in a public hospital in Kırıkkale. The data obtained in the study was analyzed with the SPSS 20 program. The results of the analysis found that participants’ organizational identity and performance perceptions were at a medium level. It was also found that the organizational identity and performance perceptions of participants showed statistically significant differences according to gender. The regression analysis found that the organizational identification revealed a total variation of 9.3% of the performance of the employee.
