Amaç – Araştırmanın temel amacı, Ankara’da çalışan serbest mali müşavirlerin duygusal tükenmişlik ile duygusal bağlılık seviyelerini ölçerek mevcut durumu ortaya koymaktır. Yöntem – Yapılan anket çalışmasında Maslach’ın tükenmişlik ölçeği ile Allen ve Meyer’in örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada duygusal tükenmişlik ile duygusal bağlılık karşılaştırılmıştır. Anketler Ankara’da çalışan serbest mali müşavirlere dağıtılmıştır. Elde edilen 247 anketle analiz yapılmış ve bulgular SPSS 23 programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Duygusal tükenmişliğin duygusal bağlılığa etkisi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analiziyle tespit edilmiştir. Bulgular – Bulgular çalışmanın başında belirtilen kavramsal çerçeveyi büyük oranda desteklemektedir. Buna göre, duygusal tükenmişlik, duygusal bağlılığı negatif ve anlamlı olarak etkilemektedir. Bu iki boyut arasında negatif bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Buna göre duygusal tükenmişlik arttıkça, duygusal bağlılığın azaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Tartışma – Tükenmişlik azaltıldığı ya da bitirildiği zaman örgütsel bağlılığı azaltan olumsuz bir sebep de azalmış ya da bitmiş olacaktır. Böylece işgörenlerin örgüte bağlanma oranları da artmış olacaktır. Bunun için bireylere, örgütlere ve devletlere tükenmişlikle mücadelede görev ve sorumluluklar düşmektedir.
The main purpose of the research is to reveal the current situation by measuring the levels of emotional exhaustion and emotional commitment of the free financial clients working in Ankara. Method - In the survey study, Maslach’s extinction scale and Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment scale were used. The study compares emotional exhaustion with emotional commitment. The surveys were distributed to the free financial clients working in Ankara. The results were analyzed with 247 results and evaluated with the SPSS 23 program. The effect of emotional exhaustion on emotional commitment has been identified by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results - Results greatly support the conceptual framework specified at the beginning of the study. Accordingly, emotional exhaustion affects emotional devotion negatively and meaningfully. There was a negative relationship between these two dimensions. As the emotional exhaustion increases, the emotional commitment decreases. Dispute - When the extinction is reduced or ended, a negative cause that decreases the organizational commitment will also be reduced or ended. This will also increase the number of workers in the organization. For this, the responsibilities and responsibilities are given to individuals, organizations and states in the fight against extinction.
