Bu makalede, Ukrayna asıllı Rus roman, hikâye ve oyun yazarı Nikolay Vasiliyeviç Gogol’un eserlerindeki tahakküm unsurları ele alınmıştır. Gogol’un kaleme aldığı bütün eserleri kapsamında yürütülen bu çalışmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik incelemesi tekniği benimsenmiştir. Makalede, tahakküme konu olan hususlar, asimetrik güç ilişkilerinin bir uzantısı olarak oraya çıkan ilişkiler bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında yapılan incelemelerde, Gogol’un eserlerinde ön plana çıkan tahakküm unsurlarının kişisel servet, mevki/makam, soyluluk gibi konular ekseninde belirginleşmekte olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca aile içi ilişkilere yansıyan tahakküm unsurunun da söz konusu olduğu ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bu makalede tahakküm unsurlarının olumsuz yönü üzerinde durulduğu ifade edilerek, belirli koşullar ya da örgütsel yapılanmaların bir gereği olarak tahakküm unsurlarına ihtiyaç duyulabileceği durum ve şartlar geri planda tutulmuştur. Söz konusu ihtiyacın ön plana çıkarıldığı ve bu çalışmanın bakış açısına tersinden yaklaşan ilave çalışmalara duyulan gereksinimin ise hâlihazırda devam etmekte olduğu konusu vurgulanmıştır.
In this article, we discuss the elementary elements in the works of Ukrainian Russian novel, story and play writer Nikolay Vasilyevich Gogol. In this study, conducted within the scope of all Gogol's works, the quality research methods have adopted the technique of content examination. In the article, the facts on which I am concerned are discussed in the context of relationships that come there as an extension of the asymmetric power relationships. In the studies conducted in the framework of the study, it has been determined that Gogol’s work has made the highest-ranking elements in the subject matter such as personal wealth, position/post, nobleship. It is also revealed that the element of the struggle that reflects family relationships is also concerned. As a result, this article states that it focuses on the negative side of the elements of the assurance, the circumstances and conditions in which the elements of the assurance may be required as a cause of certain conditions or organizational structures have been re-planned. The need for further work that has been brought to the forefront and the need for further work that approaches the perspective of this work is already being understood.
In this article, the elements of domination in the works of Russian novel, story and playwright Nikolay Vasiliyevich Gogol of Ukrainian origin were discussed. In this study, which is carried out within the scope of all the works of Gogol, content analysis technique from qualitative research methods is adopted. In the article, the issues that are subject to domination are discussed in the context of the relations that emerged as an extension of asymmetric power relations. In the investigations carried out within the scope of the study, it was determined that the elements of domination that stand out in Gogol's works are becoming clearer in terms of personal wealth, position/authority and nobility. In addition, it was revealed that the dominance of the domination reflected in the family relations. In conclusion, this article emphasizes the negative aspects of the elements of domination and states the conditions and conditions under which the elements of dominance may be needed as a requirement of certain conditions or organizational structures. The need has been highlighted and the need for additional studies approaching from the point of view of this study has been emphasized.
