Abstract:

In the words of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Therefore, in every one of the texts of the Mûteber, the Vikâtetü’r-rivâye fî mesâili’l-Hidâye, which has been a place in many different kinds of work that builds its importance, and thus a rich fîh literature associated with it has been created. Moreover, from the time it was written, Hanefi has carried out the characteristic of being a lesson in the medreses in the geography where the monuments are common and the women of the time are constantly in their side and the handbook that they negotiate. The majority of the works and works that have been done to date are in writing. Almost all of these works are recorded in the Turkish literary libraries with the miteaddit nuts. After brief information on the authority in this study, the Vikâye nishas in Turkey, the works of the sherh, ta'lik, muhtasar, risale, rejection and translation type, will be attempted to be introduced in some aspects. It is believed that this work will help them to work on the Vikaye and the works that are formed around it.
