Santral Erken Puberte Tanılı Bir Çocukta Löprolid Asetat İlişkili Hipersensitivite Reaksiyonu: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract:

Gonadotropin salgılayan hormon (GnRH) agonisti olan löprolid asetat, santral erken puberte tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır. Lokal reaksiyonların yanı sıra, GnRH analoğu tedavisi sırasında sistemik aşırı duyarlılık reaksiyonları da literatürde bildirilmiştir. Yazıda santral puberte prekoks nedeni ile löprolid asetat tedavisi almaktayken tedavinin 7. ve 8. dozundan sonra anjioödem gelişen olgu sunulmaktadır. Klinisyenler GnRH analog tedavisi ile ortaya çıkan alerjik reaksiyonların farkında olmalı ve enjeksiyonlar hastane ortamında gerekli önlemler alınarak yapılmalıdır.

Abstract:

Luprolide acetate, an agonist of the gonadotropin-deploying hormone (GnRH), is used in the treatment of early puberty. In addition to local reactions, systemic hypersensitivity reactions during the GnRH analog treatment have also been in the literature. In the article, the treatment of luprolide acetate with central puberty precox causes, while after the 7th and 8th doses of treatment, the phenomenon of developing angioedema is presented. Clinics should be aware of the allergic reactions arising by analogy treatment and injections should be done by taking the necessary measures in the hospital environment.
