Abstract:

The communication climate is very important because it contributes to the effectiveness and success of an organization. A organization’s communication climate affects the organization’s atmosphere with factors that encourage or prevent communication. Placing the communication climate in the organization in all dimensions requires effective work satisfaction. This study analyzed the impact of the organizational communication climate on employees’ work satisfaction. It also studied the demographic characteristics of employees and the organizational communication and business satisfaction relationships. Study is a field-based research. The sample of the study consists of 86 employees working in an enterprise operating in the forest products sector in Mersin and Samsun. Research finds that increasing levels of organizational communication from managers will increase the level of internal satisfaction of employees. When the relationship between demographic data and variables was studied, it was also found that male and married employees had higher levels of employment satisfaction due to external factors. It has been shown that the level of communication with all dimensions of employees who receive wages above the average income level, single, who have worked above the average year of graduation and who have been trained at the bachelor’s level has been higher.
