Bedenin ve zihnin, gerçek ya da hayali, tehdit ya da tehlike algısıyla oluşan bir durumunu ifade eden kaygı, korkunun ve endişenin aşırı bir derecesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. İşsizlik sorunu ise ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyine göre değişkenlik gösterse de günümüzde hala önemini koruyan, dahası akıllı sistemlerin endüstriye her geçen gün daha fazla girmesiyle daha ciddi bir problem olarak devam etmektedir. Toplumda daha çok belirginleşen ileriye dönük zamanlara dair kaygılar, eğitim hayatının son aşaması olan üniversite eğitiminin son dönemlerinde ortaya çıkmaktadır. İşsizliğin birçok nedenden dolayı küresel bir sorun haline geldiği günümüzde öğrenciler için kariyer tercihi, kariyer sonlandırması ve çevresel faktörlerin olumsuz etkisi endişeleri daha da arttırmaktadır. Bütün bu olumsuzluklar işsizlik kaygısını oluşturmaktadır. Hareket noktasını sağlık yönetimi bölümü öğrencilerinin atama imkânlarının sınırlı olması sebebiyle iş bulmaya ilişkin kaygı düzeyinin yüksek olacağı düşüncesi oluşturan bu çalışmada, bölümün atama sorununun bir kez daha dile getirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile Afyonkarahisar’da sağlık temalı bir üniversitede araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 169 sağlık yönetimi bölümü öğrencisi ile gerçekleştirilmiş ve beş boyuttan oluşan anket uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların iş bulmaya yönelik kaygılarının orta yüksek düzeyde olduğu çalışmada, yapılan basit doğrusal regresyon analizi sonucu istihdam yetersizliğinin çaresizlik, ayrımcılık, deneyimsizlik ve kişisel yeterlilik düzeyleri üzerinde anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Anxiety, which refers to a state of body and mind, real or imagined, with the perception of threat or danger, is defined as an extreme degree of fear and anxiety. The unemployment problem, on the other hand, continues to be a more serious problem, which still maintains its importance today, even though it varies according to the development level of the countries, and moreover, with the introduction of smart systems into the industry more and more each day. Concerns about future times, which are more evident in society, emerge in the last stages of university education, which is the last stage of education life. Today, when unemployment has become a global problem for many reasons, career choices, career termination and the negative effects of environmental factors increase the concerns for students. All these negativities create unemployment concerns. In this study, which is the starting point of the idea that the level of anxiety about finding a job will be high due to the limited opportunities for appointment of the students of the health management department, it is aimed to express the assignment problem of the department once again. The study was carried out with 169 healthcare management students who agreed to participate in the research at a health-themed university in Afyonkarahisar with the convenience sampling method and a questionnaire consisting of five dimensions was applied. In the study, in which the participants' anxiety about finding a job was at a moderately high level, it was determined that the lack of employment had a significant effect on the levels of helplessness, discrimination, inexperience and personal competence as a result of the simple linear regression analysis.
