Abstract:

United Orthography is one of the important factor to Standardiz the language. Although there are writing problems in all languages,a solution should be proposed by specialists. In this research we studied some letters that have different opinions from lanquistic scholars and their different documented personal views, by the end of this research we decide the possibility of existence or inexistence of that letters in the Kurdish writing. As a result of this reseach we found that, some of Disputed letters as a data for this research were:< ح ،ڕ، ع، غ،ڵ، ¡، وو> and in the result it appears that <ح> existe in kurdish writing and Kurdish speaker feel its appearance and it repeated in many words.in addition,<ڕ> is one of the Kurdish language letter and their change with <ر> leads to change in meaning. <ع،غ> Are not two genuine letters of Kurdish language. Moreover, <ڵ،ل> are considered to allophones. <¡> Kurdish language writing needs vowel (بزروكه) with their notation. Because Kurdish syllable can not be formed with out vowel (بزروكه), and change it with another letter will lead to change in meaning. Finally replacing <وو> with <و> is possible because it will not lead to change in meaning.
