Bu makalede Kur’ân’da nesh tartışmaları ele alınmaktadır. Makalenin te-mel problemi, Kur’ân’da nesh meselesinin İslam âlimleri arasında bir türlü sonlandırılamayan tartışmalara yol açması, bu tartışmaların Müslümanlar arasında derin ilmî görüş ayrılıklarına ve birbirlerini itham ederek ötekileştirmelerine sebep olmasıdır. Makalenin amacı, Kur’ân’da neshin varlığına delil gösterilen âyetler üzerinden konuyu açıklığa kavuşturmak ve böylece Kur’ân ilimleri arasında yer alan nesh meselesinin Yüce Kitap’ta bizzat gerçekleşip gerçekleşmediği tartışmalarını uzlaştırmaya çalışmaktır. Makale, Kur’ân’da nesh konusunda delil kabul edilen âyetlerle sınırlı tutulmuştur. Makale, bu âyetlere ilişkin yorum ve tartışmaları uzlaştırmayı amaçlaması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu durum aynı zamanda makalenin özgün yönünü de ortaya koymaktadır. Makalede, nitel bilgi toplama metotlarından yazılı doküman incelemesi yöntemi esas alınmış ve literatür taramasında ulaşılan bilgiler, bütüncül bir yaklaşımla incelenmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçlar, nesh konusundaki tartışmaların Bakara 106 ve Nahl 101. âyetlerde geçen âyet (آيَة) kelimesine yüklenilen mana ve bu mana istikametinde yapılan yorumlardan kaynaklandığını göstermektedir.
In this article, discussions of nash in the Qur’an are discussed. The main problem of the article is that the issue of nash in the Qur’an leads to unending debates among Islamic scholars, and these debates cause deep scholarly disagreements among Muslims and accuse each other and marginalize each other. The aim of the article is to clarify the issue through the verses that are shown as evidence for the existence of nash in the Qur’an, and thus to try to reconcile the debates on whether the issue of nash, which is among the Qur’anic sciences, took place in the Holy Book itself. The article is limited to the verses accepted as evidence about nash in the Qur’an. The article is important in terms of aiming to reconcile the comments and discussions on these verses. This situation also reveals the original aspect of the article. In the article, the written document analysis method, one of the qualitative information collection methods, was taken as a basis and the information obtained in the literature review was examined with a holistic approach. The results show that the discussions on abrogation stem from the meaning attributed to the word (آيَة) in the verses of Baccarat 106 and Nahl 101 and the interpretations made in the direction of this meaning.
