Abstract:

Poetry journals that meet the literary tastes and expectations of the society with the poets they contain, biographical information, various anecdotes and poems, are versatile texts that include poets who are not included in biographical sources and the possibility of including poems that are not included in manuscript divans and critical publications. Titles and emphases pointing to the poems of poets that are not included in their printed divans divans draw attention both in the publication studies prepared on the poetry journals and in the studies at the level of articles and papers created by referring to the poetry journals. More important than the publication of the poems that are not included in the critical publications identified in the poetry journals is the questioning of the belonging of the poems to the poet to which they are attributed. It is not possible to talk about a method or a method unity, whose theoretical framework is drawn and applied in determining the belonging of the poems that are not included in the printed divans to their poets. In such studies, which consist of text publications, it is seen that the poems' belonging to their poets are handled within the framework of language, style and their presence in textual sources. Language and stylistic analyzes made without scanning the poems in a sufficient number of source texts and without minimizing the suspicion that they are attributed to other poets are valuable in terms of belonging, but are not sufficient and satisfactory. İt is hoped the method proposal put forward in our study will carry out the questioning process to a large extent and will function as a elimination mechanism until the stylistic analysis of the attributed poems. In the study, first of all, Necâtî's poems were reviewed in nearly a thousand poetry journals that were published and available in various manuscript libraries. As a result of the process, 25 poems that were not included in the publication of Necâtî Bey's Dîvân prepared by Ali Nihat Tarlan were determined. These poems were subjected to processes based on scanning and citing references on the basis of divans, poetry journals and tezkire texts and were divided into some categories according to the results obtained. Based on the data obtained, while the poems that may belong to Necati were determined, the suspicious ones were separated and their doubts were explained. Thus, by suggesting a method and categorization for similar studies through the example of Necâtî poems, the necessity of belonging-based inquiry processes has been emphasized.
