Akademik dinleme becerisi, “bilgi çağı” olarak nitelendirilen 21. yüzyılda bireyin bilgiye sağlıklı bir biçimde ulaşmasını sağlayan en temel becerilerin başında gelmektedir. Okul öncesi dönemden yükseköğretim dönemine kadar olan süreç dâhil olmak üzere bireyin yaşamı boyunca akademik başarısını geliştirmek amacıyla üzerinde mutlaka durulması gerekmektedir. Bu noktada Türkçe öğretmenleri rehber görevi üstlenmektedir. Lisans döneminde ilgili becerinin kullanımına dair teorik ve uygulamalı bilginin öğretmen adayı tarafından benimsenmiş olması ve sahaya çıktığında öğrencilere bu yönde rehberlik etmesi oldukça önemlidir. Buradan hareketle ilgili çalışmanın amacı alan yazında Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının akademik dinleme becerileri üzerine gerçekleştirilen araştırmaları “yıl, yöntem, araştırma grubu/çalışma nesnesi, sonuç ve öneri”ler açısından analiz ederek bu alanla ilgili çalışanlara çeşitli fikirler sunmaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma nesnesini alan yazında Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının akademik dinleme becerisi üzerine gerçekleştirilen çalışmalar oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda 31 çalışma incelenmiştir. Bunlardan 2`si yüksek lisans tezi, 1`i doktora tezi ve 28`i ise makalelerdir. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının akademik dinleme becerileri ile ilgili olarak “dinleme engelleri” “öz yeterlilik” ve “strateji kullanımı”nın oldukça etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tezlere oranla bu alanda makalelerin ön plana çıktığı ve deneysel çalışmalardan ziyade daha çok durum tespiti üzerine çalışıldığı saptanmıştır. İlgili durum tespitleri dikkate alınarak alanda Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının akademik dinleme becerilerini geliştirmeye yönelik çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
Academic listening skills are one of the essential skills that enable an individual to access information healthily in the 21st century, which is described as the "information age." It must be emphasized to improve the individual's academic success throughout his life, including the period from pre-school to higher education. At this point, Turkish teachers act as guides. It is imperative that the teacher candidate adopts theoretical and practical knowledge about the use of the relevant skill during the undergraduate period and that they guide the students in this direction when they go out into the field. Within this framework, the study analyzes the studies conducted on the academic listening skills of Turkish teacher candidates in the literature in terms of "year, method, research group, study object, results, and suggestions" and presents various ideas to those working in this field. The study object of the research is the studies carried out in the literature on the academic listening skills of Turkish teacher candidates. In this context, 31 studies were examined. Of these, 2 are master's theses, 1 is a doctoral thesis, and 28 are articles. As a result of the examinations, it was determined that "listening barriers," "self-efficacy," and "use of strategy" were quite effective regarding the academic listening skills of Turkish teacher candidates. It has been determined that articles in this field come to the fore compared to theses and that studies are mainly based on due diligence rather than experimental studies. Considering the relevant situational findings, there is a need for studies to improve the academic listening skills of Turkish teacher candidates in the field.
