Abstract The article aimed to identify and analyze conflict situations and their mediation strategies during the Segundo Tempo Paradesporto Program. It was a descriptive qualitative study, whose collections were made from February 2019 to March 2020. An analysis was made of the experience reports of the extension monitor, referring to the critical look at the experiences shared with children and adults benefited by the Program. It was identified that the conflicts were of an intrapersonal, interpersonal and group nature, and that the mediation of conflicts was mainly done through preventive mediation.
