Görsel iletişim tasarımı eğitimi, tasarımcının eğitilmesi bağlamında dikkat edilmesi gereken bir konumda yer almaktadır. Görsel iletişimi sağlayan en iyi araçlardan biri olarak Bilgilendirme Tasarımları günümüzde insan hayatını kolaylaştırmak ve ulaşmak istedikleri bilgiye en doğru şekilde ulaşabilmesini sağlamaktadır. Ortaya çıkan ürünler ya da fikirlerdeki görsel ve yazılı iletişim bağlantılarının da önemi yüksektir. Görsel Sanatlar alanında eğitim veren kurumlar bunu sağlama açısından önem taşımaktadırlar. Sürekli gelişen teknoloji ve bilgiler dahilinde çevremizdeki gördüğümüz bilgilendirme tasarımı ürünlerinin de aynı şekilde yenilenmesive hayatımıza uyum sağlaması gerekmektedir. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı görsel sanatlar eğitimi veren kurumların eğitim programlarında bilgilendirme tasarımı eğitim sürecini ve projelerinin nasıl uygulanabileceğini Bilgilendirme Tasarımı Haritası kapsamında incelemektir. Durum çalışması yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırma, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı Bahar döneminde Anadolu Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Resim-İş Öğretmenliği bölümünde açılan ana sanat Grafik Tasarım Atölye dersi kapsamında 4 haftalık süreç içerisinde toplanan verilerle şekillenmiştir. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını Grafik Tasarım VI dersini seçen 9 öğrenci, öğretim elemanı ve araştırmacı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşmeler, araştırmacı ve öğrenci günlükleri, ses ve video kayıtları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri tematik analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları kapsamında ‘görsel iletişimin önemi’, ‘eğitim süreci’ ve ‘eğitimde uygulanabilirlik’ olmak üzere üç ana temaya ulaşılmıştır.
Visual communication design training is placed where attention should be paid to the training parts of the additive. As one of the best tools that provide visual texture, Information Designs enable people to lighten their lives and achieve the effect they want to achieve in the most accurate way. This way of thinking is important in terms of developing ideas and developing a product. Links between visual and written communication has got highly importance on products or ideas. The instutitons which give education on the Visual Arts department are significant in terms of providing this. Information design products, which we see around us, need to be renewed in the same way and adapt to our lives with evolving technology. In this case, purpose of the this study is to examine the Information Design education process and how the projects canbe implemented within the scope of Information Map Design. The study, in which the method of case study is used, is conducted in 4 weeks of Arts and crafts teaching program’s course that was open in spring term of 2018-2019 academic year at the Department of Fine Arts Education at Anadolu University. In the research, semi-structured interviews, researcher and student diaries, audio and video recordings, semi-structured interviews were used as data collection tools. The data of the study were analyzed by thematic analysis method. Within the scope of the findings of the study, three main themes were reached ‘the importance of visual communication’, ‘the education process’ and ‘the applicability in education’.
